Dry Needling

Dry needling is a term acupuncturists use to describe the use of acupuncture needles that are inserted and then removed from targeted trigger points. During a dry needling treatment, acupuncture needles are inserted into trigger points with the goal to cause a muscle contraction. This muscle contraction can reset the muscle to a more relaxed state. Dry needling is done to help reduce pain/stiffness & improve range of motion.

"Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind, and spirit - the realization that everything we do, think, feel, and believe has an effect of on our state of well-being."
