New Patient Consult
Your first visit (including consult and treatment) lasts about 1.5 hours. We begin with a 30–60-minute intake to review your health history—please bring all relevant records (imaging, bloodwork, provider notes). After the intake, acupuncture treatment starts, followed by optional cupping and a 15-minute massage. For first-time acupuncture, wear loose-fitting clothes, avoid caffeine, and have a light snack beforehand. Subsequent treatments typically last 30–45 minutes.

Cosmetic Acupuncture/ Microneedling
An all-natural approach to healthier, younger-looking skin.

How It Works: Tiny needles (or micro-needling) create micro-traumas in the dermis, signaling the body to boost collagen and elastin production. This tightens skin and helps smooth fine lines and wrinkles. Body and ear acupuncture are also used to address overall health.

Hot Stone & Medical Massage
1) The Original Hot Stone Massage." This session offers a blend of energy balancing, therapeutic massage, and total relaxation. Heated basalt stones cradle your body in warmth and are tools for a full body massage or local spot treatment. Cool marble stones are placed on the energy centers for balance and harmony. Together the stones offer a multidimensional experience connecting the mind, body, and spirit.
2) A specialized, physician-performed technique targeting deeper tissues to relieve pain, promote circulation, and improve overall health.
Guasha
A mild form of myofascial release using a special implement in a scraping motion over a ligament in order to apply friction to the skin, often times along the meridian channels. This scraping motion produces a mild petechial response that releases unhealthy blood stasis, detoxifies toxins, promotes metabolic cellular repair, increasing oxygen saturation and relieves hypertonicity and pain. This technique boosts circulation, encourages lymphatic drainage, and assist in breaking up knots and nodules that can sometimes interfere with optimal circulation, leading to pain, discomfort, tension, and tightness in the body's muscles
Acupuncture
Acupuncture, practiced for over 3,000 years, aims to restore balance by regulating the flow of Qi (chee) and blood. Thin, non-hollow needles are inserted into specific points chosen based on a proper diagnosis—no single “magic needle” exists. Research shows acupuncture can help relax the mind (by shifting brain waves), boost IVF success rates, and effectively address anxiety and depression (especially with electroacupuncture). Typical needle sensations include tingling or heaviness, and results build over time. Tongue and pulse readings guide needle placement.

Service includes: auricular "ear" acupuncture, E-stim "electro-stimuation" acupuncture & Dry needling
Celluma
Phototherapy, particularly LED red light therapy, is well-researched and supported by thousands of peer-reviewed clinical studies from prestigious institutions worldwide. This clinically validated technique is increasingly recognized by dermatologists, cosmetic and general surgeons, and pain management professionals globally, gaining widespread acceptance in mainstream medicine.
Light emitting diode (LED) therapy, also known as photobiomodulation or low-level light therapy (LLLT), is the application of specific wavelengths of light energy to tissue to achieve therapeutic benefits. This non-invasive treatment is effective for addressing various conditions, including acne, aging skin, pain, hair restoration, excess fat, and more. The absorbed light energy enhances cellular performance, promoting self-repair and rejuvenation—just as nature intended
Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine
A cornerstone of Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbal therapy uses carefully selected, plant-based formulas tailored to each individual. By restoring balance and addressing root causes, TCM herbs can strengthen internal organ function, support overall well-being, and promote natural healing.
Cupping
Cupping uses suction to lift and stretch muscle tissue, enhancing blood flow and Qi. A flame is briefly introduced into the cup before placement, causing no heat on the skin. This process reduces inflammation, breaks up scar tissue, and supports lymphatic drainage.
Potential Benefits
-
Boosts circulation and removes toxins
-
Improves microcirculation and supports tissue repair
-
Encourages muscle relaxation, lowers LDL, and may aid heart health
-
May help regulate blood sugar in diabetic patients (wet cupping)
-
Increases the body’s natural pain relief, promoting relaxation
Moxabustion
Moxibustion (moxa) involves burning the herb mugwort near specific acupuncture points to generate gentle heat. This stimulates circulation, strengthens Qi, and supports the body’s natural healing processes. Moxa can be used alone or combined with acupuncture for enhanced therapeutic benefits.
Injection Therapy
Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy (APIT) is a nonsurgical, non-pharmaceutical approach that blends Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern therapies. By injecting a customized mix of vitamins, homeopathics, and mild analgesics into acupuncture points, APIT can quickly relieve acute and chronic pain, prevent illness, and enhance physiological function. Common conditions treated include arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint pain, sciatica, herniated discs, migraines, and more.
